02Where it stops
It stops at your rules.
Dispatch acts on its own only inside the rules you set. Everywhere else, it stops and asks.
- Outside a rule
- A load that breaks a rule, or that your policy says needs you, waits for your OK. One tap to approve or decline.
- Declined
- A decline is a hard stop. Booking the same load again raises a new approval.
- New broker
- A broker you have not worked with raises an approval before the first booking.
- Low confidence
- When a fact is missing, it says so and asks. Uncertainty is not permission.
- You take over
- Pause it, take any call yourself or change a rule. It follows the new rule at once.
